Citrix License Files Not Showing In Citrix License Server Dashboard


Just a quick drive-by post – whilst on-site with a customer installing a new Citrix product their Citrix license files were not displaying correctly in the Citrix License server dashboard, even after restarting the Citrix License server after importing the files.

When allocating and downloading your license files from the Citrix License portal remember that the ‘hostname’ value is case-sensitive.

You can find what your host name is by either viewing it in the system properties of your server, or by running the following command from the command prompt/PowerShell:
